Ham Lake is home base. Our shop is at 811 Andover Blvd NE, so when you call for a roof, siding, window or gutter job here, there's no windshield time between the call and the crew showing up. Call 612-235-8696 and we'll get you on the schedule.
A town that almost had a different name
A group first platted the town in 1856 as "Glen Carey," but a prairie fire destroyed every house the following year and the settlers moved on. Nobody resettled the area until 1866, when Scandinavian families started arriving. They had trouble pronouncing "Glen Carey," and when the town needed an official name, the commissioners settled on Ham Lake instead. It's stuck ever since.
Big lots, big roofs
Ham Lake is a third-ring acreage community, and most lots run a minimum of an acre, plenty run larger. That means more roof per house on average than a standard in-city lot, plus outbuildings and detached garages on a lot of properties. We size the material order and the crew for the actual roof in front of us, not a subdivision-standard footprint.
Local storm response
Anoka County sits in Minnesota's hail belt, and being based here means we're not driving in from across the metro when a storm comes through. We inspect and photograph hail and wind damage with a reference scale so an adjuster has something to act on, and we'll meet them at the house if a claim's already filed. Our storm damage and insurance claims pages cover the process.
To book an inspection, call 612-235-8696 or use the contact page. We also cover Andover and Blaine nearby, and the full list of cities is on the service areas page.
